PROFILE SUMMARY

With more than 20 years of experience, I have an extensive background in the financial industry and consulting. Many of my roles are closely related to business processes, transformation, and implementation of software packages.

Starting from ideation, I participate actively in projects with a high operational and change impact. I am analytical, detailed, result oriented and pragmatic, I get the job done in time with a smile. Given my extensive experience, I have a broad view on the context, and I can quickly assess the business needs.  More technical or complext topics are also my cup of tea.

My expertises in insurance are in the domain of property & casualty: car, building, liability, work accidents for both offers, contracts and policy management. I have also knowledge in banking operations: securities and savings, as well as contact center operations. 

As a side-note, legal topics have always been a specialty of mine. On several occasions, I was the preferred business counterpart for compliance and legal teams on topics like GDPR, contract management and data protection.

As a director of BLEND BV, my focus is on professional financial management for steady growth. I also act as a sounding board for strategical and tactical challenges for Atelier Blend, the second brand.  With a keen eye for figures, risks and returns, organizations are helped to strengthen their financial structure and make it future-proof.

Blend Consulting also has broad experience as a freelance IT consultant. I moved to the feature team on the project of the in-house platform for underwriting of P&C Corporate Non-Life. At feature level, the larger functional parts of the new software platform are being prepared

Preparation of a new deal with Amazon - vans for the parcels delivery Belgium, Leaseplan takes the fleet management. All processes of the entire life cycle needed to be documented and validated with Amazon, including definition of KPI and SLA.
