PROFILE SUMMARY

With more than 20 years of experience, I have an extensive background in the financial industry and consulting. Many of my roles are closely related to business processes, transformation, and implementation of software packages.

Starting from ideation, I participate actively in projects with a high operational and change impact. I am analytical, detailed, result oriented and pragmatic, I get the job done in time with a smile. Given my extensive experience, I have a broad view on the context, and I can quickly assess the business needs.  More technical or complext topics are also my cup of tea.

My expertises in insurance are in the domain of property & casualty: car, building, liability, work accidents for both offers, contracts and policy management. I have also knowledge in banking operations: securities and savings, as well as contact center operations. 

As a side-note, legal topics have always been a specialty of mine. On several occasions, I was the preferred business counterpart for compliance and legal teams on topics like GDPR, contract management and data protection.

As a director of BLEND BV, my focus is on professional financial management for steady growth. I also act as a sounding board for strategical and tactical challenges for Atelier Blend, the second brand.  With a keen eye for figures, risks and returns, organizations are helped to strengthen their financial structure and make it future-proof.

I moved to the feature team on the project of the in-house platform for underwriting of P&C Corporate Non-Life. At feature level, the larger functional parts of the new software platform are being prepared
